We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, not worn or unused, along with the labels and its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

 

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids or gases. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

 

14-day reflection period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, not worn or used, along with the labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 


Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the reimbursement has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
